My wife and I thought about 2 months ago we might give swinging a try so we started planning, looking on the net and we came across your place and it seemed to offer the most so we thought we would give it a try but as it got closer to the night thought's started going through my mind about what it's going to be like. is it going to be just a sleazy joint BUT when we got to the place we were met by a nice lady [Ali] and as we got there early we had the chance to look around before we paid any money and we quickly decided that it was a nice place and as the night rolled on we started walking around and we couldn't believe at just how nice everybody was oh and a special thanks to the bar lady [sorry can't remember name] but she was the first person we were talking to and it calmed us down a lot and the strippers GEEEBUZ they were a nice treat then a bit later on to much of my surprise Jaqi came and sat beside us and had a feed and talk to us [witch I really thought of how much they want to make people feel welcome] then we had a game of pool and when we were waiting for game Greg came up to us and had a talk to us. So final thought on the x-club is a big THUMBS UP

This letter is to you all, especially, to Greg & Jaqi, We wish that there was a better way to show our appreciation to you, for what you have done for us over the last 11 months.

We first went to the club on the 19 Sept 2003 when it was called Mike's Place, at first it was great, but unfortunately after only a few weeks, we decided that the surroundings just did not meet with our expectations in regards to the running of the Club. so we decided that it would be our last night but the next week, we decided that we would give it one more chance.

So on the Friday night we arrived at the club, only to find that a tornado had hit the front yard, it was fantastic. Steve was at the door, he said that we have new management. When we went inside the scene got even better, they had already started on the painting, some of the old lounge's had gone and the back yard (the hut) looked like a new pin, I could even see the BBQ. The pool was clean, and all the leaves and rubbish was gone.

We have devoted our selves to the XCLUB, and we have told the management that we will do what we can to assist them in making every night a better night than the night before.

Friends have asked us what we get out of going to a place like the XCLUB at our age, we just tell the truth, that is we are able to communicate with people of all ages, and talk about anything and everything. we try to make new member's, young & older, feel comfortable just as we were, when the CLUB changed hands. Our Love to you all.
